Virtual Training
($150 for 1- hour session)

Workout from anywhere! I plan your workout based on your location and any equipment available. Train from the comfort of your home, while on vacation, in the park or any place you have a 5 by 5 foot space to move. All you need is a phone, iPad, or laptop.
*Nutrition Coaching also offered virtually for 1 -hour session at the same rate.


In Person Training
(Rates vary depending on location)

Option 1 – I come to you (only for certain Los Angeles areas). Great if you have your own gym/equipment. I also have basic equipment I can bring as well.
Option 2 – We meet at a gym. I train out of two private fitness studios that are for trainers/clients only. There is no membership fee and rental cost of space is included in the training rate.

Customized 28-Day Program
($275 for initial call and program)

Following a call to determine your specific needs, goals, abilities, schedule, and training location, I will create a 28-day program tailored for you. The program will be uploaded on the Institute of Motion Program Builder and the link can be shared through text and email, so you have easy access to your workouts from anywhere. Each exercise will have a video demo by me, so you know how to execute each movement properly. Includes periodic check-ins.

*Nutrition Coaching – As a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coach, I have the skills to not only guide you on the proper nutrition to achieving your goals but more importantly, the tools to do it.
What foods should I avoid? When should I eat? How much should I eat? What foods does my body need to be healthy and functioning well? What do I eat after a workout? AND how do I actually get myself to do this?
It’s a different journey for each person. I work with you to make your nutrition match your lifestyle, food preferences, food intolerances and fitness goals.
